Dean Campbell White

A licensed general contractor, Dean is a LEED Certified Accredited Professional (AP) who can advise  homeowners on green building practices. He was a home inspector for eight years, inspecting about  4000 homes throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay. Dean has two years  experience with a local contracting firm doing project management, and he has also worked as a  building inspector for the City of Santa Clara.

Dean is a valuable resource in assisting homeowners with coordinating contractors, as well as helping sellers with minor improvements and repairs to maximize the return on sale. He also assists new home owners with planning and obtaining estimates for updating and repairs. Dean attends home inspections with both buyers and sellers and is a great asset to the team
