Elaine Berlin White

A real estate broker and an attorney at law, Elaine has been involved in  approximately 700 real estate transactions over the last 26 years. She is in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally, as well as in Northern California. Elaine’s team is among the Wall Street Journal’s top 250 Real Estate Teams in the nation.

Elaine is certified as a Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist, and she has certifications in marketing, negotiation, and senior housing needs. She also teaches a course on residential real estate course in the Stanford Continuing Studies Program.

Elaine earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to practice law in California and Federal District courts. She practiced law in San Mateo County for 16 years, specializing in family law, probate, and estate planning, and she has been an adjunct instructor at Santa Clara University Law School.

A go-getter who is often ahead of the pack, Elaine was one of the first female members of the Rotary Club. She is a native of Redwood City and attended Menlo-Atherton High School. She and her family reside in Menlo Park.
